I believe that people would be alive today if there were a death
penalty.

-Nancy Reagan (1921 - )

The irony of that statement. I was looking for a funny quote, and this one jumped off the page. Not because it's funny, but because it is true.

I am listening to an audio book called "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" by Ann Coulter. It is about how liberalism is a religion, but no one calls it that. The book is stunning, I would highly recommend it. You have to admire Ann because she isn't afraid to speak the blatant truth.

I'm afraid I might have just lost some readers. Oh, well, that's their choice.

I am also reading the book White by Ted Dekker, it is the last book in the circle trilogy. Those are amazing fiction books. I would also recommend them.

Today is a beautiful day where I live. One of the many suns is up, and the second is coming soon. The sky is a balmy pink, and everything smells like orange lilacs.

I wanted to catch you up on my two pineapples, Bob and Larry. They have not turned brown and crusty yet, meaning they are probably still alive. The other sign of them being still alive is they love to talk. One of their new ideas is to start a television show hosted by a tomato and a cucumber, (yes, they still haven't come to terms with their pineappleness.) I told them it was a great idea, and went on my way.

Have a balmy pink day!
